This week has been a little emotional. I’ve been a little sad.
I took to Twitter to whine about it share my feelings.
I wish I could just force out now all the tears I’ll be spilling over the next few days.

Ok, self, listen up. It’s just college. It’s a GOOD thing. We will all survive. Now quit your bitching and stop crying.

And people responded. They offered kind words to lift my spirits. Gave some advice and led me to others who may know how I was feeling. People who have been there.
It is really easy to feel down and alone. But you can reach out to the world and find some kindness.

Check out this post to find out more about the Calm My Crazy meme. This weekly post is for me and for you. A place to share our moment of calm. Something that brings us a little peace and happiness in a world of crazy.

This is why I love social media in our group of friends. It is like having a therapy session, healing session and best friend at a moment’s notice. I’m glad you had so much love and support. This will be a big adjustment period and we will all be here if you need us. xo
