My Friend

Sometimes it is dark

Sometimes it is light

Sometimes I seem lost

Sometimes I’m alright

Whenever I’m scared

Or feeling bleak

You always are there

Whenever I’m weak

You lift me up

Hold my hand til the end

My soulmate, my other half

Forever my friend

      Reading your post yesterday made me miss my Hubby and I felt the need to write something to show how much I appreciate him. Now we just need to spend some of that quality time together.
