My second week was a little rocky. My grandmother on my Dad’s side passed away on Monday and so I was a bit emotional off and on all week. I’d say I was about half on plan diet-wise after that.
I still did well with my workouts. I noticed that I felt better when I worked out and even took a little jaunt on the elliptical when I was all spun up in order to wind down. I thought that was a positive change.
I weighed in a few days early this week because I wasn’t going to have access to a scale on the day I would normally check. The change was minor especially compared to last week but, overall, still going the right way and good considering the circumstances and my not sticking well to the plan.
Weekly Change: – .4 pounds
Total Change: – 6 pounds
