Well we were on vacation at the beach for week 3 so although I did have plans in my head that I would try to eat better than usual and still do the workouts, I let those plans fly right out the window. I mean, it was vacation, am I right?!?!
Although jumping waves and spending all day in the sun does expend a lot of energy, it doesn’t really offset eating out every night.
I’m OK with my week though. I was mostly just hoping not gain back more than what I had lost so far with Revolt. The plan is to get right back on track. Luckily with this program it is easy to jump back in. I don’t have to start all over. I don’t have to do anything special if I hit a speed bump.
I just pick back up with the plan and keep on going. If I choose, I can do a detox week or just pick up with the regular meal plan week. It’s up to me. I plan to detox a day or so and then do the meals for this week. Mostly because I haven’t been shopping yet and I have on hand food for the detox meals and the detox meal prep is super easy.
Weekly Change: + 4.4 pounds
Total Change: – 1.6 pounds
